At Dorm Delights, our team is committed to ensuring that your order is packaged with the utmost care. We use protective materials, such as crinkle paper, to safeguard all items within the box and ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Please provide the school's address, or if the school has a designated mailing address, use that specific address for delivery. If your have any questions about mailing you could always ask your students.

Students should collect their packages from the designated mail collection point, which is typically the mailroom, or as specified by the school’s procedures. If students live off campus make sure to use their apartment/home address.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at your convenience, with no specific notice period required. Once you cancel, your student will cease to receive the monthly packages. Please be aware that, in accordance with our policy, we do not offer refunds for any subscription payments made prior to the cancellation. Any charges incurred before the cancellation date will remain non-refundable.
